Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service Do you thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment Boomerang Hotel is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage / Gaming Attendants to join our vibrant team!
As a Food & Beverage / Gaming Attendant you will be the face of the hotel delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your role will involve serving food and beverages efficiently maintaining gaming machines and ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests. No two shifts will be the same. A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Attendant:
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests wont forget
- Let our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many benefits and product offerings
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility; which is centred around safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) / Responsible Conduct of Gambling ( RCG) compliance
Qualifications :
About you:
- You are great with people detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You have flexible availability across the day evenings and weekends
- You hold a current RSA / RCG certificate
- Youll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
