Job Summary
Join our team at Dominos Pizza in Florissant United States as a Customer Service Representative! Were looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional service at our 2500 N HWY 67 location. As the face of our brand youll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for quality.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced register
- Provide outstanding customer service addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
