Job Summary

- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately in a fun and exciting environment
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace for both team members and customers
- Prepare and deliver high-quality products consistently
- Manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Utilize advanced technology and equipment to process orders efficiently
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during all shifts
- Assist in inventory management and organizational tasks
- Operate various equipment within the store
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work atmosphere
Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting change
- Positive upbeat attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Physical ability to stand walk sit carry use machines and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and operational challenges
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days evenings and weekends
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
- Team player with a collaborative spirit and desire to contribute to overall success
