We are looking for a proactive digitally curious and detail-oriented CFO Office Associate (TC) to join our Finance organization on a 1-year fixed-term contract with full-time employee benefits.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Finance Leadership Team (LT) gaining firsthand exposure to senior-level decision-making strategic discussions and business transformation initiatives.
The role combines team coordination and executive support with an exciting opportunity to reimagine workflows through AI and automation of administrative tasks and also other adhoc projects. Its ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to learn from top leadership while experimenting with modern digital tools with an emphasis on GenAI Agentic AI and automation tools that shape the future of work as part of Grabs mandate of transitioning to a cyborganisation.
This role reports directly to CFO based onsite at our One North Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
1. Executive & Team Coordination
- Provide scheduling coordination and meeting support leveraging latest automation and AI tools for the CFO and Finance Leadership Team ensuring priorities are well aligned sessions are purposeful and stakeholders are well-prepared.
- Partner closely with the CFO to plan organize and track leadership meetings reviews and cross-functional engagements with an automated and AI emphasis..
- Manage the CFOs travel and expense process (Concur Navan) and explore opportunities to simplify or automate workflows via agentic AI and/or automation tools..
- Contribute to team communication and collaboration activities such as leadership All Hands workshops and adhoc special projects.
2. Workflow Innovation & Automation
- Partner with the CFO and LT to identify manual and repetitive tasks suitable for automation using GenAI agentic AI and workflow tools.
- Experiment with AI scheduling assistants and productivity platforms to streamline coordination.
- Support the development of a chatbot interface to handle operational requests (e.g. scheduling approvals and travel support).
- Collaborate with IT GTS and Cybersecurity teams to explore system integration opportunities while ensuring compliance.
- Document new automation workflows and share learnings across the broader EA and LT community.
3. Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and other business units.
- Learn directly from the CFO and transformation leaders on leadership communication and digital innovation.
- Participate in pilots or taskforces related to automation AI enablement and process redesign.
- Contribute fresh ideas to enhance efficiency and shape the evolving CFO Office operating model.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Fresh graduate or early-career professionals with relevant experience in process automation Generative AI or productivity optimization
- Enthusiastic flexible and self-assured in utilizing new digital tools.
- Strong in organization communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Thoughtful innovative and capable of juggling various tasks in a dynamic setting
- (Bonus) Familiarity or interest in tools such as Slack Google Workspace Concur Navan Notion or AI productivity assistants.
