Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance inspections and repairs on electromechanical equipment used in water treatment processes such as pumps motors valves and control systems.
- Installation and Commissioning: Assisting in the installation testing and commissioning of new electromechanical systems at water treatment facilities.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with electromechanical systems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Calibration: Calibrating and adjusting electromechanical equipment to ensure accurate and efficient operation in water treatment processes.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implementing preventive maintenance programs to proactively identify and address potential issues before they lead to equipment failures.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities inspections repairs and equipment performance for compliance and reference purposes.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members supervisors and engineers to coordinate maintenance activities and optimize the performance of electromechanical systems.
- Training and Support: Providing training and support to operators and maintenance staff on the proper use and maintenance of electromechanical equipment in water treatment processes.
- Emergency Response: Responding to emergency maintenance situations promptly to resolve critical issues and minimize disruptions to water treatment operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements cost savings and efficiency enhancements in electromechanical systems.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that electromechanical systems meet quality standards and regulatory requirements for water treatment services
Qualifications :
Qualifications: Diploma degree in Electrical or equivalent.
Experience: 510 years of experience in the water treatment field.
