The Application Managed Services team is a part of PwC Poland involving 66 superheroes who react before anyone even notices a problem! Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients growth. Our work is recognized worldwide from Newfoundland to Singapore; we work in several languages. We repair keep our fingers on the pulse create CR document and sometimes teach our clients employees. We are looking for:
Salesforce Developer for Managed Services

Your Future Role:

• Assist in the support maintenance and enhancement of our Salesforce applications ensuring smooth functionality and alignment with business objectives.
• Perform day-to-day AMS activities including incident resolution small development configuration changes and performance tuning.
• Participate in platform upgrades (Salesforce Major Releases) including analysis of changes development and configuration.
• Contribute to the creation and updating of documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Learn from senior developers and actively participate in a culture of learning and technical excellence within the team.
• Identify and suggest areas for improvement to enhance our Salesforce ecosystems functionality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Apply If You Have:

• Knowledge of Salesforce Apex Lightning Web Components and declarative programming especially flows.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience with Salesforce stack.
• Understanding of Salesforce Architecture: Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Field Service.
• Basic Salesforce Data Modeling Skills: Understanding of data management and security best practices.
• Willingness to Learn Salesforce Integrations: Understanding of integration patterns and platforms.
• Familiarity with Development Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD practices for Salesforce using tools like Azure Pipelines Copado Jenkins.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to use Salesforce monitoring and debugging tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Team Player Attitude: Willingness to work on IT support projects and collaborate in an international environment. Able to work independently to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of OmniStudio toolset (FlexCards OmniScripts DataRaptors Integration Procedures)
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform) solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud will be a great asset
• Open-mindedness to learn new technologies and solutions.
