Job Summary
Job Description:
As a DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines managing databases ensuring IT risk compliance and overseeing containerized environments. You will play a crucial role in server management patching and monitoring using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Manage and optimize databases to ensure high performance and availability.
- Identify and mitigate IT risks to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Oversee containerized environments including deployment scaling and management.
- Perform server management tasks including patching and monitoring to ensure system stability and security.
- Utilize monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to track system performance and identify issues.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure and applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Experience in database management and optimization.
- Understanding of IT risk management and compliance.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Expertise in server management patching and monitoring.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
