Role: Brand and Loyalty Marketing Operations Coordinator (Flex) CALA
The Brand and Loyalty Marketing Operations Coordinator (Flex) CALA plays a key role in supporting the execution of brand marketing initiatives partnership management and loyalty program operations. This highly execution-focused role reports directly to the Senior Director of Loyalty Partnerships and Brand Marketing with a dotted-line relationship to leaders across the loyalty and brand marketing teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about bringing marketing strategies to life through seamless coordination and operational excellence.
TASKS:
Marketing Operations
Maintain up-to-date brand marketing files toolkits and reference libraries.
Update MGS for the discipline and develop a library of reference materials for hotels.
Support leaders in the development and dissemination of training materials.
Develop and manage distribution lists for hotel communications.
Manage contact lists for brand owners marketing agencies and loyalty partners.
Coordinate travel and logistics for upcoming brand activations and marketing events.
Consolidateyear-end reportingfor key stakeholders includingLoyaltyandF&B Marketingteams.
Lead the coordination of CALAs photography workflow
Assist team leaders in the 2026 budget planning process by providing documentation support.
Agency Coordination & Brand Support. Establish and manage the approved list of agencies for Brand Marketing and Loyalty initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Oversee coordination processes including translation services to support consistent and localized execution across markets.
Organizational Support
Manage follow-up on contracts and invoices and new vendor setup.
Coordinate with vendors Finance and Legal teams to facilitate brand and loyalty marketing agreements under the direction of discipline leaders.
Campaign Photography & Activation Support
Support brand marketing and loyalty campaign execution timelines by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Collect and organize inputs (e.g. photos success stories highlights) for campaign reporting.
Supports a new photography project
Event & Loyalty Partnership Coordination
Prepare event toolkits including run-of-show documents hotel guidance and collateral checklists.
Gather feedback photos and post-event reports for regional distribution.
Marketing Calendar Coordination: Maintain and track timelines for all brand and loyalty campaigns including promotions events and launches including development of reports and presentations.
Onboarding Support: Facilitate onboarding for new team members including provisioning of laptop phone corporate credit card and onboarding scheduling.
