ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification is required; higher-level certifications are a plus.
Demonstrable experience implementing or working within an ITIL framework with deep knowledge of Incident Problem Change and Knowledge Management.
Proven experience in a service-oriented or managed operations environment.
Exceptional ability to write clear concise and accurate technical documentation for a variety of audiences.
Experience creating operational artifacts such as runbooks process flow diagrams and knowledge articles from scratch.
