Job Summary
Discipline Leader of the Renewable Gas Layout and Piping team in Milano office:
- Contributes to defining and implementing the departments strategy
- Leads a diverse team and plans resource allocation for employees in the group
- Cross checks and approves technical documentation supports project execution
- Actively tracks budgeted hours and costs with their team members
- Manages the hiring process and develops individual employee career paths
- Develops guidelines and specifications for defined subject areas
- Establishes internal guidelines and directives for the group
Qualifications :
- Engineering Degree or technical diploma
- 3 years of experience in the role of Layout Group Leader for EPC projects
- Solid technical background good process product and plant knowledge.
- Extensive experience in piping discipline
- Decision-making leading and communication skills
- Excellent Italian and English communication skills
