As a experienced Assistant Site Manager in our furniture manufacturing team you will be responsible for the overall management of the manufacturing operation. Your key focus will be to unite the team to achieve quality cost and volume targets aligning with NFMs budget.

You will be expected to provide clear and concise leadership fostering a safe harmonious and engaged work environment. Driving continuous improvement and a positive culture within the factory is also a key aspect of this role.

We are looking for an individual who can advance NFMs vision and growth plans. This involves developing a robust strategy and ensuring that all members of the Management team have clear expectations are held accountable for their actions and consistently deliver a high-quality cost-effective product that adheres to all legal and accepted industry standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manager who loves working in a fast paced production environment where no day is ever the same. Being hands on will be in your nature.

Previous Manufacturing (ideally within Furniture Manufacturing) and people management experience are essential.

You will be a confident communicator who is competent to lead manufacturing operational teams.
