We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing and optimising our Salesforce platform to ensure our teams have the tools they need to deliver exceptional care and service across the business. Maintaining and optimising the Salesforce platform to ensure data accuracy and security.
Supporting users with training troubleshooting and best practice adoption.
Designing workflows automations and dashboards to improve efficiency.
Managing user access and permissions to safeguard sensitive data.
Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

You are a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 5 years experience passionate about leveraging technology to transform healthcare delivery. You bring deep technical expertise strong communication skills and leadership qualities to mentor others and drive innovation. Your knowledge spans Apex programming system integration data management and security best practices within Salesforce.
What youll bring
Minimum 5 years experience in Salesforce development with a strong record of successful project delivery.
Proven team leadership or mentoring experience.
Prior exposure to Health Cloud and/or Field Service is desirable.
Experience working with multiple Salesforce organisations managed packages and external vendors is a plus.
Certifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (essential).
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required).
Salesforce Omni Studio Developer certification.
Salesforce Platform Administrator certification.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Salesforce Architect certifications are highly desirable.
