We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing and optimising our Salesforce platform to ensure our teams have the tools they need to deliver exceptional care and service across the business. Maintaining and optimising the Salesforce platform to ensure data accuracy and security.
Supporting users with training troubleshooting and best practice adoption.
Designing workflows automations and dashboards to improve efficiency.
Managing user access and permissions to safeguard sensitive data.
Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

What youll bring
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin App Builder or Platform Developer 1 preferred). Cloud or Omni Consultant certificate (Desirable)
5 years Salesforce administration experience.
Expertise in workflows automations reporting and security best practices.
