Are you ready to grow your career in recruitment At Healthcare Australia were looking for motivated individuals with sales or recruitment experience to join our team and help us source and place skilled locum Allied Health professionals across Australia.

As a Locum Recruitment Resourcer youll play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines of Allied Health professionals (e.g. Physiotherapists Occupational Therapists Speech Pathologists Psychologists) for short-term locum contracts. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver timely placements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Day to day you will...

  • Source screen and engage locum Allied Health candidates via job boards social media and referrals.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool.

  • Manage onboarding compliance and documentation.

  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and consultants.

  • Experience in sales recruitment staffing or customer service.

  • Strong communication and relationship skills.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

  • Excellent organisation and time management.

  • Comfortable with digital sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search.
