About the role
As a Business Specialist youll provide real-time coaching and support to Claims Advisors particularly during client calls while working closely with the leadership team to uplift capability embed quality assurance and drive continuous improvement. With a strong claims management background youll confidently navigate challenging conversations empower team members and play a key role in onboarding new team members to ensure consistent high-quality outcomes for our clients. You will work closely with the Team Managers of Client Connect 1 and 2 to strategically plan and support Best Client Outcomes.
About the Team
This role sits within the Customer Service and Operations branch of the Clients Division which is responsible for achieving efficient just and cost-effective injury recovery outcomes. Youll be supported by a Team Manager who values collaboration continuous improvement and development. Working closely with a team of passionate professionals youll contribute to a culture focused on quality empathy and innovation.
What were looking for
Experienced Claims and Coaching Professional
Youll bring tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience with deep knowledge of TAC/VWA compensation schemes and a strong background in claims and liability management. Youre confident in navigating complex scenarios and supporting others through them.
Empowering Leader and Team Player
Youre someone who leads through coaching. Youre able to have honest constructive conversations that build capability and confidence and you invest in helping others grow and succeed.
Quality-Focused and Improvement-Driven
You have demonstrated experience in developing training materials facilitating sessions and implementing business improvement initiatives. Youre passionate about onboarding quality assurance and creating consistent high-performing teams.
