Job Summary

  • Document interdisciplinary progress notes that provide a comprehensive reflection of resident care.
  • Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date drug and narcotic records for each shift.
  • Report any discrepancies to the nurse manager and follow proper procedures for drug and narcotic disposal.
  • Collaborate with the care plan team to assess and address residents physical social nutritional spiritual and activity-related needs.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in Medical/Surgical Rehabilitation or Geriatric Nursing
  • Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Compassion patience and genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors
