Job Summary
Processing export documentation and conducting follow-up processes for export operations in the EMEA region
Preparing export/import data for customs operations through SAP/GTS (various entities in the EMEA region)
Communicating with Robert Bosch factories and sales departments to ensure proper closure of export transactions and correct classification of goods according to the customs tariff
Organizing the group mailbox managing ESM tickets
Supporting reporting and creating KPI reports (regular and ad hoc)
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Economics Logistics Business Administration or related field
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
Proactive team player with exceptional communication skills
SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage
