Daily inspect equipment operations of mechanical electrical HVAC and building life support systems and other building equipment
In-charge in Facilities Operation both soft and hard services.
Directly supervise and organize the technical personnel responsible for daily operation monitoring repair maintenance of facilities equipment and allied systems.
Process and complete all facility related concerns/incident via Corrigo facility modules.
Raise Review and Process Permit to Work on P2WS Platform
Preparation of Monthly Scrap/ recyclable Summary report.
Preparation of Quarterly Hazardous Waste generated report and submit to FM.
Preparation of Monthly Utilies Monitoring (Electric and Water) report and submit to FM.
Update/upload all SOP EOP on engineering document platform
Process implement Energy possible energy Savings.
Coordinates and monitor accredited vendors responsible for all facilities equipment.
Formulate plan and implement PM program.
Formulate plan and implement cost savings measures on utilities consumption/cost.
Facilitate Health and Safety induction on new staff and outsource personnel including all catering personnel.
Witness testing and Commissioning work on new equipment installation.
Facilitate preparation meeting for Earthquake and Fire Drill.
Facilitate Earthquake and Fire drill.
Logbook on daily rounds and activities
