Food & Beverage Attendant

Were seeking a Part-Time Food & Beverage Attendant with a passion for creating memorable moments through genuine service warm hospitality and a sprinkle of everyday indulgence.

You will:

• Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Take orders and offer thoughtful recommendations that enhance each dining experience.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately with care and confidence.
• Ensure tables are beautifully presented and maintained to Mövenpicks high standards.
• Handle guest inquiries with positivity and a proactive approach.
• Collaborate closely with your team to deliver seamless and joyful service.
• Process payments efficiently and accurately.

This role is Part-Time Permanent (Minimum 15 hours per week) 

The successful candidate must be available to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays. 

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but passion and personality matter most.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and collected.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• A positive can-do attitude and a desire to learn and grow in the world of hospitality.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings weekends and public holidays.
• Eligibility to work legally in New Zealand.
• Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
