Key Responsibilities
Support the lighting department in achieving sales and operational targets.
Monitor stock levels prepare order requests and coordinate approvals to maintain optimal inventory.
Verify invoices and update relevant ERP systems to ensure accuracy in codes pricing and timing.
Follow up on production and assembly schedules ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Coordinate with logistics procurement accounting and sales teams to ensure seamless order execution.
Track client orders and provide proactive updates to the Lighting Sales Manager.
Oversee the CRM system to monitor and resolve customer service tickets efficiently.
Issue weekly reports on order status fulfillment and department performance.
Support the sales team in managing client needs and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Qualifications :
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related technical field.
23 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role (lighting or interior background preferred).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems (especially sales modules) and MS Office.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
