In this position you are dealing with spare parts preparation related requests supporting Emerson Sales Companies and Customers. Individual requests should be handled coming into Parts technical team such as recommended spare parts list technical clarification price and lead time calculation or supply chain setup for each spares. Our mission is to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. We work systematically and professionally in a well documented manner in accordance with the company rules and procedures including adherence to trade compliance (export / import and supply chain security) regulations entirely.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Update/Maintain global Installed base data
Create Recommended spare parts lists (RSPPL eSPIR)
Gather data from control valve archives and make it available for our internal Custmers
Understand part status and technical specification maintain and activate items as necessary
Selecting appropriate supplier as per supply chain strategy request quotations and set up parts lead time.
Calculate maintain List Price of spare parts using global pricing methodology
Handling daily backlog communicate with other departments publishing data in business systems.
Setting up/maintain parts purchasing data in our ERP system.
Answering QuickShip (Short lead time) questions
Supportins STOs (valve maintenance events) with data analysis
Reporting and developments

For This Role You Will Need:
High school graduation or diploma (technical preferred)
Basic English language knowledge as minimum
Good communication skills
MS office knowledge
