What you will be doing:
Greet guests manage check-ins/check-outs respond to requests and settle accounts while delivering exceptional service
Handle breakfast service ensuring high standards of hospitality and presentation
Take initiative to add a personalised touch to each guests stay
Proudly promote hotel services and facilities and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling
Your experience and skills include:
Strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset
Guest-oriented with a passion for service
Well-organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
A strong sense of ethics and professionalism leading by example
Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential we provide full training
