Job Summary
Are you ready to take on a versatile role that bridges product management marketing and operations We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and support a wide range of marketing-related activities.
- In this role you will work closely with our marketing and product management team on topics like product releases market research and marketing measures.
- You will support the development and implementation of marketing materials and campaigns (online & offline) as well as sales activities according to the marketing strategy.
- You will gather and consolidate information like market data competitor info and sales analysis and transform it into reports and presentations.
- You will coordinate with various departments such as marketing communications regarding online and social media content or R&D regarding product and market information.
- You will support administrative tasks like ordering procurement CRM etc. First experience with SAP desired but not required.
- You will contribute to the organization and administration of internal and external meetings conferences symposia and workshops worldwide.
Qualifications :
- You have completed a bachelors or masters degree ideally in life sciences. Experience in marketing marketing communications or sales is a plus.
- You have excellent communication skills and you are experienced in communicating with internal and external groups and partners.
- You approach tasks with a structured mindset and a proactive attitude always looking for solutions to everyday challenges.
- You have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize activities and you are comfortable driving projects independently.
- You are a great team player and thrive in cross-functional collaborations
- You are confident working with MS Office tools and enjoy handling datasets. You are fluent in English and ideally German.
