Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities   

Responsible for quality completeness accuracy and timeliness of Master Data set up/maintained in the system.

 

The MDM Analyst will also ensure that internal controls for master data records are in place and effective.

 

Specific Responsibilities   

 

  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data entry in the system without sacrificing timeliness in completing the process.
  • Interpret information correctly and able to make decisions to support the business while maintaining controls during set up.
  • Apply corporate rules and best practices when reviewing requests to identify errors in global data fields and rejects escalates or remediates errors if any.
  • Create or update existing documentation and training materials related to Master Data Management process.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality of data.
  • Perform regular review and clean-up of master data.
  • Ensure internal controls relating to maintenance of master data are in place and effective.
  • Support implementation of master data process improvement initiatives.

 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in Business
  • 1 year of professional experience in Master Data Management
  • Experience in financial systems (knowledge of Oracle E Business Suite is nice to have)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel

Auxilio de transporte: $200.000

Bono de desempeño: $208.333

Horario: lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm
