Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for quality completeness accuracy and timeliness of Master Data set up/maintained in the system.
The MDM Analyst will also ensure that internal controls for master data records are in place and effective.
Specific Responsibilities
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data entry in the system without sacrificing timeliness in completing the process.
- Interpret information correctly and able to make decisions to support the business while maintaining controls during set up.
- Apply corporate rules and best practices when reviewing requests to identify errors in global data fields and rejects escalates or remediates errors if any.
- Create or update existing documentation and training materials related to Master Data Management process.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality of data.
- Perform regular review and clean-up of master data.
- Ensure internal controls relating to maintenance of master data are in place and effective.
- Support implementation of master data process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree preferably in Business
- 1 year of professional experience in Master Data Management
- Experience in financial systems (knowledge of Oracle E Business Suite is nice to have)
- Familiarity with MS Excel
