Warehouse Associate (Full-Time, Evening)

*Evening Shift is from Monday to Friday - 3:30pm to 11pm*

As an Operations Associate at Vention you play a vital role in keeping the warehouse running smoothly. Youll be responsible for core activities such as picking packing receiving and processing orders ensuring that everything is completed accurately on time and in line with safety standards. By working closely with your teammates youll contribute directly to the teams success while developing the skills and experience to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products from storage locations using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) ensuring accuracy in part numbers quantities and condition before moving items to the next process.
• Pack products securely using appropriate materials verify order accuracy against packing lists label shipments correctly and ensure presentation meets quality standards.
• Receive incoming shipments by verifying documentation performing quality checks and accurately recording items into the WMS.
• Maintain clean organized and safe work areas following 5S principles.
• Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
• Prepare and label packages for shipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• On-Time Delivery (OTD)
• Customer Satisfaction (packing accuracy and condition)
• Operational Efficiency (output per person/hour error rate)
• Next-Day Shipping Rate

Qualifications :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively support team objectives and act as a positive role model.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to act quickly under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/fulfillment environment.
• Previous experience in logistics fulfillment or warehouse operations is an asset.
