Job Summary

- Respond to inbound leads with speed accuracy and commercial awareness
- Convert business and maximise revenue opportunities through effective selling and upselling
- Plan and execute events end-to-end from proposal through to post-event follow up
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and personalize events to exceed expectations
- Prepare proposals contracts BEOs event reports and run pre-event meetings
- Showcase your passion for people and luxury hospitality by fostering strong client relationships repeat business and excellent reviews
- Consistently achieve or exceed set KPIs
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the Hotels goals are met including Reservations Front Office Culinary and Food & Beverage
- Maintain accurate records and reporting across all sales and events management systems
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- A luxury attitude strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
- Proven experience in event planning/coordination (ideally in a luxury hotel)
- Self-motivated sales mindset with strong negotiation and upselling ability
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills managing multiple events with ease
- Experience preparing BEOs running pre-con meetings and producing event reports
- Impeccable attention to detail across proposals contracts and execution
- Proficiency with Opera Cloud and CRM systems
