Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment. This role involves developing and implementing curriculum managing classroom dynamics and providing individualized support to students to enhance their learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students.
- Create lesson plans that promote literacy math and physical education.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Provide individualized support for students with special needs through early intervention strategies.
- Foster communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student learning outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in an educational setting preferably in preschool or daycare environments.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or other child-centered teaching philosophies is a plus.
- Background in curriculum development lesson planning and classroom management is essential.
- Experience in behavior management techniques and child welfare practices.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students parents and colleagues.
- Knowledge of tutoring strategies and literacy education practices is beneficial.
