Job Summary
The Senior Scientist I will evaluate immunogenic and immunosafety risk potential of candidate therapeutic large molecules in vitro assays. Author preclinical reports to support filing documentation including data aggregation and QC evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Execution of in vitro immunogenicity and immunosafety platform for risk assessment including soluble and slide phase cytokine release T cell proliferation and cell death bioassays and assessing effector functions of biologic drug candidates.
- Represent IVIS team on project meetings and designing & coordinating in vitro immunosafety and immunogenicity studies of drug candidates.
- Author publication presentations and/or regulatory documents.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree and typically 10 years of experience OR Masters Degree and typically 8 years of experience OR PhD and no experience.
- Degree in Biological Sciences Cellular Immunology or related field.
- Extensive experience with multicolor flow cytometry panel design BD LSRFortessa instrument operation BD FACSDive and FlowJo software and flow cytometry data analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully handling human samples isolating cell subsets and executing bioassays.
- Experience with report generation for the support of IND documentation a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
- Results-oriented work ethic and a positive can-do attitude with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivated desire to achieve common business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic cross-functional matrix environment.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
