Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in ERP SaaS and custom application solutions. This role will lead enterprise-wide transformation programs and large-scale IT initiatives that cut across business functions including manufacturing patient services finance and sales. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project management methodologies proven experience delivering complex IT projects and the ability to align technology initiatives with business strategy in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Program & Project Leadership
Lead large cross-functional IT programs impacting multiple business units (ERP SaaS CRM custom solutions).
Drive strategic IT initiatives from concept through implementation and project closure.
Develop detailed project plans budgets and resource forecasts; manage financial performance including actuals vs. forecasts.
Establish and monitor metrics to proactively identify risks and manage mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA FDA ISO and internal quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
ERP SaaS & Application Solutions
Manage system initiatives including upgrades integrations and transformation projects.
Lead SaaS and custom application implementations to modernize workflows across patient services operations and manufacturing.
Collaborate with vendors system integrators and internal stakeholders to ensure solution quality and fit-for-purpose delivery.
Provide subject matter expertise in ERP CRM SaaS and custom solution delivery.
Methodologies & Governance
Apply best practices across Agile SDLC and Waterfall project methodologies.
Implement strong governance practices including scope management risk/issue tracking and stakeholder reporting.
Ensure consistent project documentation service readiness and transition-to-support planning.
Leverage ITIL service level management and continuous improvement practices where applicable.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Act as the primary liaison between IT executive sponsors and third-party vendors.
Provide regular project status updates executive presentations and program-level reporting.
Partner with business leadership to align project outcomes with strategic goals.
Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams ensuring access to subject matter experts (SMEs).
Leadership & Mentorship
Provide guidance and leadership to project teams setting expectations and ensuring accountability.
Coach and mentor junior project managers and IT staff on best practices.
Build trusted relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and successful adoption of project outcomes.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or related field.
510 years of IT and business/industry experience with at least 5 years leading complex IT programs.
Proven experience with ERP (Dynamics preferred) SaaS platforms and custom application solutions.
Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-wide IT transformations in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile SDLC Waterfall).
Experience managing project budgets financial controls and executive-level reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.
Preferred
PMP PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certification.
Familiarity with ITIL and service readiness practices.
Experience in a regulated industry (medical device healthcare or pharma).
Knowledge of business process improvement or LEAN methods.
