Clearview Landscaping is seeking a California-licensed Landscape Architect to lead design for high-end residential estates in Santa Barbara and beyond. If you blend creative vision with technical excellenceand thrive working with discerning clientsthis is your stage.
What Youll Do
- Lead the full design process for luxury residential and estate projects.
- Collaborate with architects builders and homeowners to bring outdoor living dreams to life.
- Present compelling concepts and guide clients from vision to final build.
- Oversee design intent through construction and ensure exceptional outcomes.
What You Bring
- Active California Landscape Architect License (Required).
- 5 years experience in high-end residential or estate design.
- A portfolio that blends creativity precision and elegance.
- Fluency in CAD SketchUp Lumion or similar tools.
- Confidence presenting to high-net-worth clients with polish and warmth.
