Overview
Nelson Mullins is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associateto join its litigation group in theDallas Uptown office. As an AmLaw100 firm this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a growing location.
A Day in the Life
Nelson Mullins has strong roots in the business community and an appreciation for new directions in the business world. You will be joining a highly skilled team of attorneys who have substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels.They practice in a variety of areas including commercial litigation class actions/mass torts and product liability.

We Know You
Drawing from yourthree to six yearsof meaningful experience within theproduct liability mass and toxic torts and/or commercial litigation fields you feel confident in your ability to usher a successful client experience. While being well-versed in taking and defending depositions you also have prior experience in drafting dispositive expert and/or discovery motions. You take initiative and pride yourself on your excellent written and oral advocacy skills. Nuisance litigation and trial experience are a plus. You also have an interest in science or ideally a scientific/engineering undergraduate degree and areadmitted to and in Good Standing to the Texas Bar (required).
