Compensation: $65000 base salary quarterly bonuses ($5000$15000 potential)
Company: Paul Davis Restoration of North Central Indiana
- Manage all phases of reconstruction projects (no mitigation or contents).
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors trades and vendors.
- Perform site inspections and monitor progress for quality control.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners adjusters and internal staff throughout each project.
- Prepare review and approve estimates and change orders.
- Track job costs and maintain profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards building codes and company policies.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and accountability.
- 2 years of experience in residential or commercial construction/reconstruction project management.
- Strong knowledge of building processes materials and subcontractor coordination.
- Familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimating/project software (preferred).
- Excellent leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) required for company vehicle.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug test.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Base Salary: $65000 annually
- Quarterly Performance Bonuses: $5000$15000 potential
