Intern- Process Quality Engineer

The Process Quality Engineering Intern at Micron Technology in Boise Idaho is responsible for improving front-end wafer quality globally. This role involves collaborating with various teams to identify and solve contamination issues ensuring that technology requirements are met with exceptional quality standards. Interns will gain hands-on experience with semiconductor processing and defect detection techniques while also learning to troubleshoot contamination problems in a fast-paced research and development environment.

Responsibility

• Collaborate with teams to identify and solve contamination issues.
• Improve quality of the line by ensuring technology requirements are met.
• Learn about semiconductor processing and defect detection equipment.
• Troubleshoot and solve contamination problems in a research and development setting.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with semiconductor processing techniques.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes.
