Onsight Healthcare has been contracted to support a new confidential client in the downtown New Orleans Louisiana area!

Full-time Manager Role w/Benefits $21 - $23 per hour Monday Friday Weekends Off

Shift Details

  • Site Operating Hours
  • Monday - Friday
  • Specific open and close times will be covered during the interview.
  • Site Manager will work a minimum of five 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday
  • This person will need to work a mix of morning and evening shifts to coach/develop your team.
  • As the Site Manager the person must be able to work outside these times depending on business needs.

Leadership Scope

  • Hire retain and developa large team ofemployees guidingfrontline staff and support leadership to ensure safecustomer-focused operations.
  • Oversee all logistics andoperations of 18 employees and 18 vehicles
  • Mentor and support site-level leaders to ensure the strengthening of your team
  • Oversight of daily scheduling fleet coordination training and safety compliance
  • Act as the point of escalation for operational issues delays or complaints maintaining smooth day-to-day operations

Minimum Requirements

  • Over the age of 21 years old
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
  • Possesses a valid in-state active drivers license (No temporary licenses or permits accepted.)
  • 35 years of management experience in transportation andlogisticsoperations
  • Experience managing large teams (15 employees) and overseeing frontline supervisors or leads

As the Site Manager for our team you will set the tone for excellence at one of our largest operations. You will ensure seamless services leading a multi-tier team of supportive leadership and field workers.

Youll work closely with site administration and your onsite team to ensure every interaction reflects Onsight Healthcares people come first philosophy. From safety and scheduling to training and client relations youll have a direct hand in shaping the guest experience and operational success of the site.

Position Requirements

  • Over the age of 21 years old
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
  • 35 years of leadership experience managing large teams in transportation and logistics
  • Experience managing large teams (15 employees) and overseeing frontline supervisors or leads
  • Have possessed a clean driving record for the past 5 years
  • Possesses a valid in-state active drivers license (Permits and temporary licenses not accepted)
  • Ability to pass all onboarding screening processes
  • Work a flexible full-time schedule that includes days evenings as needed
  • Adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software used for daily tasks
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with facilitystaff guests and team
  • Can communicate clearly/effectively and motivate/lead a diverse team
  • Must prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a standing or sitting position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
  • This role mayrequire continuous sitting/driving throughout the entire shift engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include exposure to harsh elements including severe cold rain sleet snow and other inclement weather
  • Physical involvement may include walking standing pushing and pulling of various luggage/belongings lifting up to 50 lbs all while delivering outstanding customer service

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a large team of employees guiding both frontline staff and site-level leaders to ensure safe reliable and customer-focused operations
  • Oversee all logistics andoperations of 18 employees and 18 vehicles
  • Hire retain and develop top-tier talent while maintaining high operational standards
  • Lead daily training coaching and development of the team to drive engagement and accountability
  • Mentor and support site-level leaders to ensure the strengthening of your team
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure full coverage and operational excellence
  • Establish and maintain a friendly professional working relationship withstaff and administration
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time performance safety compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Use weekly metric reporting to drive continuous improvement and deliver a white-glove customer experience
  • Partner with your support leadership to ensurereadiness preventive maintenance and operational safety
  • Responsible for reporting and documenting incidents accidents or claims
  • Conduct regular safety audits and ride-alongs to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations
  • Act as the point of escalation for operational issues delays or complaints
  • Collaborate withadministration facilities and security teams on scheduling events and special requests
  • Maintain accurate records for incidents accidents vehicle maintenance and staff training
  • Approve shift swaps or temporary assignments to maintain service continuity
  • Monitorfor maintenance cleanliness and readiness including inventory of keys fuel and safety equipment
  • Coach team members on guest interactions conflict resolution and service standards
  • Remain visible on-site to maintain team accountability and operational flow
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation

  • $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
