Right now were seeking a Team Manager Payments Team 2 who will play their part in this shared purpose while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role

This leadership role is responsible for managing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client outcomes across the TACs Claims division. Youll coach develop and support your team to meet operational targets drive continuous improvement and lead through change. With a strong focus on people performance and strategy youll help shape a culture that values care accountability and results.

Youll bring a confident and thoughtful approach to leading a team including the ability to guide constructive conversations and support team cohesion in a dynamic environment. Your extensive experience in payments will be key to ensuring operational excellence and informed decision-making.

About the Team

This role sits within the Clients division which is dedicated to achieving efficient just and cost-effective recovery and independence outcomes for people injured in transport accidents.

Youll report to a Senior Manager who values constructive leadership continual growth and strategic thinking. Youll lead a team of high performing employees and work closely with other leaders across the division to deliver shared goals and foster a positive high-performance culture.

Experienced People Leader
You bring proven leadership experience in dynamic fast-paced environments with a strong track record in coaching performance management and leading through change.

Extensive Payments Experience
With extensive experience across the payments function youre confident in analysing data identifying opportunities and implementing business improvements that align with strategic priorities.

Client-Focused Decision Maker
You have sound judgement knowledge of relevant legislation and experience making complex decisions that balance client needs with business outcomes. Youre confident in leading through ambiguity and change fostering team cohesion and guiding constructive conversations in dynamic settings.
