Field Services Technician IILocation: Full-Time Onsite Fort Wayne Indiana

Reports To: MSP Field Services Team LeadAbout DAS HealthDAS Health is a leader in Health IT & Management Solutions committed to delivering proactive personalized technical support and innovative solutions to our clients.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Field Services Technician II for a full-time onsite role in Fort Wayne this position you will be the primary IT support resource at one of our client locations responsible for providing hands-on support for a wide range of IT systems and services across the company. This independent role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys supporting users at all levels.Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary onsite IT support for the client supporting all staff and departments.
- Communicate daily with client staff regarding service request updates.
- Resolve tickets within required Service Level Agreements.
- Manage assigned tickets through resolution escalating when necessary.
- Standardize systems processes and tools to drive automation and rapid service restoration.
- Adhere to change management and documentation policies.
- Create and update client asset documentation.
- Implement troubleshoot and provide intermediate support for:
- Mac and Windows devices (setup troubleshooting maintenance)
- Client networks (firewalls routers switches WiFi)
- Windows server administration
- PC applications and OS issues
- MSP tools and systems (RMM antivirus etc.)
- Microsoft environments (Microsoft 365 Office products email collaboration tools)
- VPN access for secure remote connectivity
- Support client onboardings and implementations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors.
- Participate in after-hours on-call duties as needed.
- Travel locally as required for assessments installations and support.
- Identify and address trends to reduce recurring technical issues.
- Assist Service Desk with call queue and service tickets.
Requirements- High School diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors in IT-related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in Field Services or IT support.
- A and Network certifications preferred.
- Advanced experience supporting both MacOS and Windows environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office products and VPN access.
- Excellent troubleshooting communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently anticipate needs and deliver proactive solutions.
- Willingness to support off-hours requests and adapt to a fast-paced client-facing setting.
