About the role Mō te tūranga mahi

As a Coordinator youll play a vital role in supporting our project delivery teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys working collaboratively and is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes.

Youll be instrumental in ensuring project risks and issues are identified early and escalated appropriately while also supporting stakeholder engagement and quality assurance activities. Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of change initiatives that make a real difference.

These are permanent roles based in Wellington.

About youMōu

  • Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative support role ideally within a change delivery or project management environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools for scheduling tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with project teams stakeholders and vendors.
  • Collaborative team player who is adaptable flexible and eager to learn.
  • Effective problem-solver with the ability to identify issues analyse root causes and escalate or resolve as appropriate.
  • Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration project management or a related field.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $67442 and $82429 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. ACC offer a comprehensive benefits package including an advantageous superannuation scheme with features like 0% contribution required by you optional life and income protection insurance and the flexibility to change to a locked plan at any time ensuring your financial security now and in retirement.
