Strategic Sales Development Representative (Bi-Lingual German)

Location: London (Hybrid 23 days in office)
Team: Sales
Reports to: Devon Bridges SDR Manager

About the Role

Were hiring a Strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own outbound pipeline generation for net-new enterprise and strategic accounts and drive impact across our Enterprise sales organization.

Youll work closely with Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives and EMEA sales leadership to engage complex buyer personas generate qualified opportunities and help scale our outbound motion.

What Youll Do

  • Own strategic outbound prospecting into net-new enterprise and strategic accounts through cold calling email and LinkedIn outreach

  • Partner closely with Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives to align on target accounts messaging and territory strategy

  • Qualify prospects through consultative discovery and track activity and pipeline in CRM and sales engagement tools

Youre a Fit If You Have

  • 12 years of experience in a pipeline generation role or highly process-oriented environment

  • Fluency in German with the ability to prospect and communicate confidently with German-speaking stakeholders

  • Experience with complex consultative sales cycles and outbound prospecting into new accounts

  • Strong communication skills a sense of ownership and alignment with our values

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into enterprise or strategic accounts within B2B SaaS or technical products
