Job Summary
Description of the role:
An Accounts Payable Clerk at Mercedes Benz of Melbourne will be responsible for accurately processing invoices reconciling vendor statements and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy
- Code and enter invoices into the accounting system
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies
- Process payments to vendors in a timely manner
- Assist in month-end closing procedures
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
