Job Summary

- Driving Results:Conduct cycle counts of scheduled parts and provide location coverage as needed
- Taking Ownership:Maximize efficiency and productivity of their shift by ensuring work instructions are being followed at all times
- Making Decisions:Report inventory counts and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and Reconcile ERP inventory reports
- Cultivating Relationships:Work with production team to consolidate in process inventory and discrepancies
- Instilling Trust:Assist with Receiving & Warehouse teams to reconcile and track incoming materials
- Customer Focus:Drive and manage accountability for following policies procedures and standards
- 2 years in manufacturing (all operation fields-supply chain production clerks quality etc)
- Inventory control experience preferred
- 2 years of experience in ERP system transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
- Ability to understand complex processes
- Written and Verbal Communication skills must be a strength
- Ability to adapt quickly in a high growth environment
- Time management skill
