The FORTNA Leadership and Development Rotation (LADR) Program is a 1-year rotational program committed to the accelerated development of entry-level Professional Services and Engineering talent with a passion for technology automation and professional services coupled with a drive for exceptional client service. Through intense training and a variety of business-critical assignments technical and business skills are developed. LADR graduates have the technical and business foundation to make innovative contributions that help our clients be successful in a dynamic world. The program consists of the following tracks: Project Management Consulting Engineering Electrical Controls Engineering Client Support Maintenance and Software Development. Program members are full-time Fortna Associates and work in rotational assignments to accelerate their development and assimilation into the business.

Controls Engineering
PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES INCLUDE:
Write and implement PLC code integrate subsystems and assist in all on-site commissioning efforts.
Utilize Human Machine Interface (HMI) using commercially available products such as Ignition Aveva Intouch Wonderware Aveva Edge (Indusoft) or FactoryTalk View to develop interface solutions.
Implement PLC and HMI programs to satisfy current design and customer specifications under the supervision of Sr Controls Engineers.
Able to review and understand electrical designs.
As part of a team support the commissioning of complex automated systems provide site engineering support and participate in system acceptance testing.
