The Role
Myzone is embarking on an exciting journey of growth and were looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join us on this next stage of evolution in the AMER Region.
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of Myzones business within their respective territories. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) this role will be responsible for overseeing the sale of licenses and devices to their specified territories and customer subsets. The BDM will ensure that the activities employed align with Myzones strategic goals.
The BDM will collaborate with Senior Leadership Customer Support Finance and Operations (Supply Chain) to report on key performance metrics and revenue delivery for their specified territory. This position offers a significant opportunity for autonomous performance planning and individual success contributing to Myzones ongoing success and global expansion.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Managing a predefined subset of Myzone current and potential partners to drive business goals relating to revenue and margin delivery through the sale of licenses devices and potential services
- Converting inbound and outbound Marketing (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) into licenses
- Utilising key metrics and global best practices to embed Myzone into the partners offering and demonstrating the impact of Myzone within their business.
- Sharing key opportunities developments and threats via HubSpot to drive continuous improvement.
- Working alongside Management to develop and implement the growth strategies for the respective region and leading on initiatives to drive license growth.
- Actively supporting and participating in AMER events and face-to-face discovery sessions to expand your industry network grow brand presence and scale new license growth.
- Onboarding new licenses onto the Myzone platform and introducing them to the Myzone ecosystem.
WHAT YOULL BRING:
- 3 years of sales experience preferably within the technology B2B2C or healthcare sectors with a preference for candidates within the fitness industry
- An interest in health and fitness regularly keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitors
- Strong analytical skills using sales data to identify patterns track performance and discover opportunities
- Confidence in leveraging social platforms such as LinkedIn and X to build relationships share valuable insights and drive brand awareness with prospective and existing partners.
- Experience in the identification and qualification of leads.
- A can-do attitude and drive to achieve both individual and wider business goals.
- A high level of emotional intelligence (EQ) and can easily read and respond to customer emotions supporting where necessary and challenging to find the best outcome
