What Youll Own
This role is for someone who enjoys both the analytical depth of compensation and the storytelling behind it. Youll become the go-to expert in all things pay-related across the organization.
Your work will include:
Designing maintaining and enhancing salary structures and job frameworks
Conducting market pricing benchmarking and competitive pay analyses
Supporting annual merit incentives and compensation cycles
Reviewing job descriptions classifications and internal equity
Advising leaders and HR partners with clear data-driven guidance
Improving compensation processes tools and reporting
Ensuring compliance with federal state and internal regulations
Bringing fresh ideas to evolve compensation strategy in a large complex environment
What Makes You a Great Fit
5 years of progressive compensation experience
Expertise in market pricing job evaluations and salary structure design
Strong analytical abilities and a love for data-driven decision-making
Confidence advising leaders and partnering with HR teams
Advanced Excel and strong HRIS familiarity experience with INFORa plus
Excellent communication skills and the abilityto explain the why not just the what
Preferred:
CCP certification (or in progress)
Experience in multi-state or large-scale organizations
A mindset geared toward continuous improvement
