Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and direct all activities on the corrugator production line during your shift ensuring optimal safety quality and output.

* Provide technical expertise and hands-on assistance particularly for the control room single facer and double backer positions.

* Train new operators and cross-train existing personnel to enhance team flexibility and capability.

* Implement and oversee stringent quality control measures addressing any deviations swiftly.

* Collaborate closely with maintenance to ensure all corrugator equipment operates at peak efficiency.

* Manage production flow resolve operational bottlenecks and make real-time adjustments to maximize throughput.

* Maintain accurate documentation related to production quality and personnel.

* Foster a culture of continuous improvement actively seeking and implementing process enhancements.

Recommended Qualifications:

* Minimum of 4 years of experience in corrugation operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

* Deep functional knowledge of corrugator machinery and related processes.

* Proven leadership ability to inspire and manage a diverse production team.

* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex operational issues.

* Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Flexibility to work varied shifts and occasional weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience with new equipment commissioning or significant upgrades.

* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
