Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations of a modern corrugator machine ensuring optimal performance quality and efficiency.

* Lead mentor and train a team of operators fostering a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.

* Develop and implement production schedules material flow and staffing plans to meet production targets.

* Monitor product quality conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.

* Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

* Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.

* Troubleshoot operational issues making quick informed decisions to maintain productivity.

* Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.

Recommended Qualifications:

* 3 years of supervisory experience within a high-speed manufacturing environment preferably corrugation.

* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a production team.

* Strong understanding of corrugator machine operations and processes including control room single facer and double backer functions.

* Proven commitment to safety quality and productivity standards.

* Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.

* Ability to work flexible shifts as needed to support 24/7 operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

* A background that includes operating key positions on a corrugator machine.
