Job Summary

Location: Los Angeles Oakland or San Diego

Job Overview:

Lead employment litigation handling discrimination harassment wage/hour class actions EEOC/DFEH responses depositions trials/arbitrations and advise on federal/state employment law.

Requirements:

4-7 years in employment litigation (open to more senior)
Trial or arbitration experience
Must have labour relations or employee relations experience. Someone who sits between litigation and investigations
Deep knowledge of ADA/FEHA FMLA/CFRA leave policy wage laws
Client counselling and labour relations background
Must include writing sample & transcripts
