Job Summary

Were looking for enthusiastic people with fluent Italian skills to join our international customer support team. Youll be working on behalf of a major global Home Appliances brand.

This is a full-time position offering flexibility: you can either work on-site at our Lisbon office or remotely from anywhere on the Portuguese mainland (you must already be a resident of Portugal). We offer great benefits and genuine opportunities for career advancement.

What Youll Do

You will be the key point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers helping them get the most out of their products and resolving any issues quickly.

  • Solve Problems in Italian: Handle incoming contactsincluding calls emails and live chatentirely in Italian.
  • Be a Product Expert: Provide knowledgeable support for everything related to home appliances from basic use and product features to complex technical troubleshooting (e.g. diagnosing issues with refrigerators ovens or washing machines).
  • Manage Cases: Take full ownership of customer issues handling orders warranties repairs and logistics. Escalate to specialist teams when needed and ensure all cases are followed up on.
  • Keep Records: Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions within our companys internal systems.
  • Provide Excellent Service: Maintain a high standard of professional and friendly service to guarantee customer satisfaction.

What We Need From You

  • Italian Fluency is Essential: You must be a native or near-native Italian speaker (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English Proficiency: A good working level of English (B2) is required for training and communication with management.
  • Prior Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required. We are happy to provide complete paid training.
  • Tech Savvy: You should be comfortable using computers and quickly learning new software applications.
  • Legal to Work: You must hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.
