We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated German-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team based in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers providing expert support and guidance on a range of cutting-edge automotive digital services and solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Exceptional Customer Support: Deliver outstanding professional and empathetic customer service to German-speaking clients via multiple channels including phone email and live chat.
- Digital Service Expertise: Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the digital automotive services (e.g. in-car connectivity mobile apps navigation systems remote services and online portals).
- Troubleshooting & Resolution: Utilize your technical affinity and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical and non-technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Documentation & CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions resolutions and follow-up activities in the CRM system to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Product Knowledge: Stay fully up-to-date with all the clients new digital offerings product updates policies and service procedures to provide the most accurate and timely information.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate and escalate complex or unresolved queries to specialized internal departments (e.g. technical support or back-office teams) to ensure a comprehensive resolution.
- Quality & Targets: Adhere to defined service levels quality standards and customer satisfaction targets consistently striving for operational excellence.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Language Fluency: German language skills at a minimum of C1 level (written and oral is mandatory).
- Secondary Language: Good command of English (B2 level or higher) for internal communication training and documentation.
- Location: Current residency in or willingness to relocate to Portugal (this is a fully remote position within Portugal).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication interpersonal and active listening skills with a patient and customer-first mindset.
- Technical Affinity: A high level of comfort with digital products technology and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and systems.
Nice-to-Haves (A Plus but Not Mandatory):
- Previous experience (e.g. 6-12 months) in a customer service call center or technical support role.
- A strong passion for the automotive industry cars and new mobility solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce Zendesk) or similar customer interaction tools.
