What Youll Do

Provide excellent customer support in German for users of a popular video streaming platform.
Handle inquiries via chat email and phone ensuring prompt and friendly resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver an outstanding user experience.
Maintain a positive professional tone in every interaction.

What Were Looking For

Fluent German speaker with at least B2 English level.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills empathy and patience are key!
Open to candidates with or without experience full training will be provided.
Flexibility to work rotative shifts (Monday-Sunday between 8 AM and 12 AM).
