What can you expect
The candidate in this role will be responsible for performing Analysis testing & peer review of different phases of client implementation life cycle on ongoing basis.
- Expertize in Testing Life Cycle
- Interprets requirements to create/update system specification documents
- Clients communications and reviews
- Process reporting and training
- Ensuring compliance of all internal and client policies
- Contribute testing effort of multiple project
- Expertize in executing test script and documenting the results
- Performing various types of testing like web testing functional and system testing etc.
- Logs and review defects in JIRA
- Learn and understand business specific domain
- Create & maintain necessary projects documents

What you need to have:
Knowledge & Skills:
Understanding the requirement and have knowledge of creating of test cases
Good understand of US Defined Benefits (DB) domain
Good hands on creating manual calcs and configuration skills
ISTQB certification is preferred
Strong knowledge of Pension Domain
Strong decision making ability
Strong knowledge of Implementation life cycle
Working knowledge of Agile Jira Confluence
Proficient in various test techniques
Strong Analytical Skills
Good knowledge of SQL
Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel MS-Word)
Must have hands on experience with IT or ITES projects
Excellent communication skills to manage different audience
Education:
- / MCA/ .(IT) / BCA from reputable institute in any stream
Eligibility:
- Minimum 2.5 years experience in service industry
- Minimum 12 months experience in Current Role.
- Should have at least On Track or equivalent rating in last appraisal.
- Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months
- Should not have applied for any other IJP within Mercer in the last 3 months
